    "Sheree's classes are definitely challenging and really put you through your paces, both group classes as well as the online ones. Sheree encourages you to get through the last few seconds of each set and you can really challenge yourself each time. The classes are well organised and focussed, the online classes during lockdown have been fabulous in trying to maintain a decent level of fitness. A bonus for me has been the positive encouragement (and tips) of eating healthier."

    The group classes and one on one sessions are always a positive experience. Sheree is encouraging and creates workouts that are super effective, they are a challenge when completing, but i really feel myself getting stronger and leaner continuously. I enjoy them a lot and will continue to train with her for the foreseeable. I really appreciate how she has managed to create inclusive on line sessions during lockdown and this helps me to feel like there is still some part of life as we knew it going on.
