The three step plan to get fit with ree!

Step 1 - Before signing up, we shall go through a FREE of charge one-to-one consultation during which I will assess your lifestyle habits, diet, current/past fitness history, any medical conditions and injuries, as well as discuss your goals, so I can then best devise a plan for us to work towards during our sessions.

Step-2

Step 2 - Once you have decided to sign up with me, we shall go through a full fitness assessment together; which includes a health evaluation, postural alignment assessment, cardiovascular endurance test, strength test, joint/flexibility test and a body composition analysis.

Step-3

Step 3 - The final step - I will formulate a bespoke training plan which is entirely tailored to suit your fitness goals, allowing you to work through challenging exercises that are designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Depending on your health and nutritional goals, I can also devise a meal plan which will help aid your training.

I am pleased to be able to offer 1-2-1, couples or group personal training sessions that are optimised to give you the best possible workout. Group sessions last 30-45 minutes, all other sessions are 60 minutes.


I offer various payment options with the flexibility to pay as you train or pay up front for block bookings.

Training can take place in the gym, at home, online or outdoors. To keep you motivated I offer a variety of fitness disciplines to keep the training varied and fun.


In order to maximise your fitness training, I can also provide you with meal plans and nutritional advice that work in conjunction with your personal training sessions with recipes based on required calorie intake depending on goals, taking care to balance the macro nutrients and make sure you're getting exactly what you need to stay healthy whilst in training.


I will be with you every step of the way, offering guidance and support, making sure you stay motivated and stay on track throughout your fitness journey.
